1. Identify the Issue: What is the problem, pain or area of stress you are experiecing?
2. Tap into the subconsious and unconsious mind with muscle testing: Use muscle testing to connect with your subconscious/unconsious mind with what is called an "entaglement" in quantum physics. This practice is also called kinesiology. While going through the session you will repeating statements and answering questions, all to help you gain a greater understadning of yourself, and also to create new healthy pathways in your brain.
3. Connect with the negative pattern: Every problem we have is based off negative beliefs, emotions, and negative patterns we have experinced in the past, or have been passed down to us from generations, or suggested to us from soceity. When we can identify the patterns- we can connect the dots to the present situation and create a new pathway for what you do want- on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
4. Shift the energy: There are over 127 different spiral up techniques- and you body knows what one(s) you need to clear the old pattern, shift the energy, and start creating new neural pathways to align with the new beliefs, and programing! A spiral up might be a breathing pattern, somatic movement, essential oil, visualization or something else like acupuncture points or quantum healing codes!
